    Dwayne Valeau, Manager/Lead Trainer
dwayne4I have been involved in the fitness industry for the past ten years. I began training friends and later clients in Atlanta, GA working at both Sportslife (now Crunch Fitness) and Jean’s Bodytech.   I moved to Seattle to continue my education in Public Health, but have now changed my focus to Physical Therapy.

After suffering a major knee injury in college my weight ballooned to 248 pounds in 1997. By changing my eating habits and utilizing proper training techniques, I was able to reclaim my life. This success has motivated me to help clients accomplish their weight loss objectives. My personal experience with weight gain and loss has given me the empathy required to help people on the most basic level.

Many people feel trapped in their current physical existence. They are unable to break the cycle or lack the skills to realize their dreams. My goal is to guide and support you in attaining the fitness and well being you deserve.

Stop just existing and start really living your life!

    Heidi Best, Personal Trainer
heidi2I have had a passion for health and fitness for as long as I can remember!  At a young age I did aerobics in the living room with my mom and asked about the number of calories in the foods on my dinner plate.  After high school, I attended community college where an influential physical education teacher encouraged and guided me to continue my education in health and fitness.  I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Washington University and have been trainer for about three and half years.

Teaching and empowering clients while watching them  reach their health and fitness goals has been so rewarding!  I enjoy combining many types of movements and styles to create fun and ever-changing workouts that keep my clients challenged and motivated.
